This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.


1. 100% Authenticity Guarantee (2× Refund Promise)

We provide a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee on every Rudraksha we sell.
If any customer ever finds the bead to be fake, duplicate, or not original (supported by valid lab testing proof), we will provide a:

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Defective Product

If the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

B. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different item than what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost.

C. Authenticity Issue

If a certified lab report proves the Rudraksha is not original, we offer the 2× Refund Guarantee.


3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain purity, sanctity, and hygiene of spiritual products, the following items cannot be returned once opened or worn:

  • Rudraksha worn or used

  • Rudraksha touched with oil, water, or puja materials

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Rudraksha that has been energized or puja has been performed after delivery by customer

Only unused, unopened, unworn products are accepted for general returns.


4. Return Process

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email.

  2. Provide your order ID and the reason for return.

  3. Share clear photo/video proof (if applicable).

  4. Our support team will review and approve the request.

  5. Customer must ship the product back to us in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the replacement or refund.


5. Refund Process

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

Refunds will be issued in the following ways:

  • UPI / Bank Transfer

  • Wallet Refund (if requested by customer)

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days after we receive the returned product.

For 2× Refund authenticity claims, processing time may take 7–10 working days for verification and settlement.


6. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

You can cancel your order anytime before shipment for a full refund.

After Dispatch:

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is shipped. You may request a return only as per the conditions above.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged item), we pay the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or decision, customer pays the return shipping cost.
