We aim to deliver every order safely, quickly, and in the best condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders across India.


1. Delivery Locations

We deliver all over India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and remote areas using our trusted courier partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Before dispatch, each Rudraksha is energized, blessed, packed securely, and verified for quality.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days

Estimated delivery duration after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier-2 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier workload, weather, or unexpected delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional periods.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on your order value and delivery location.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be visible at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched:

  • Tracking ID and courier link will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

  • Customers can track their package in real time using the provided tracking link.


6. Packaging

We ensure secure, safe, and premium packaging, which includes:

  • Tamper-proof packaging

  • Protection layers for fragile items

  • Sealed envelope/box

  • Lab certificate (if applicable)

  • Care guide & Rudraksha information booklet

Every Rudraksha is packed with utmost purity and respect.


7. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incomplete shipping details

  • High demand period

If your package is delayed beyond the expected time, you can contact us anytime.


8. Incorrect Address / Non-deliverable Orders

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, reshipping charges may apply.

  • We will attempt to contact you before canceling or reshipping the order.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping is limited to addresses within India only.


10. Lost or Damaged Package

If your package is:

A. Lost in transit

We will coordinate with the courier partner and either resend the product or provide a refund, based on your preference.

B. Delivered but not received

Provide us proof (CCTV, neighbors check, delivery confirmation), and we will investigate with the courier team.

C. Damaged upon arrival

You must inform us within 48 hours, along with photos or video of the package.

We will replace the product at no extra cost.
